Qualifications for Warranty

  • Proper cleaning and maintenance on wheels must be evident.
  • Wheels must be used under regular road and weather conditions.
    • Wheels cannot be used for racing or off roading unless wheel is specified.

    • Wheels cannot be used for vehicles that are unfit. IE: excessive load capacity of a certain wheel.

  • Defect on wheel must be a manufacturer warranty and not cause by neglect or impact/accident.

  • Damage or issues with wheels manufactured by Sapphire Alloys that are not caused by, or the result of, a manufacturing defect by Sapphire Alloys is not covered under the warranty.

  • Wheels that have been modified or refinished are not covered under warranty.

  • Warranty applies to original purchaser of the wheels and is limited by dollar amount that was paid to Sapphire Alloys.

  • Consequential Damages to vehicles are not covered under warranty.

submitting for Warranty

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested prior to any returns to Sapphire Alloys.

  • RMA must be requested by the purchaser whom purchased directly from Sapphire Alloys.

  • Return wheel must be sent freight prepaid. Freight and shipping costs or any consequential damages are not covered by Sapphire Alloys Warranty.
  • Wheels must be used under regular road and weather conditions.

  • If Warranty is denied, it is up to purchaser to send return labels to get wheel returned

NOTE: OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, SAPPHIRE ALLOYS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, AND SAPPHIRE ALLOYS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OR EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE OR ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE VALIDITY OF ANY PATENT RIGHTS OR THE NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.

In no event shall SAPPHIRE LUXURY ALLOYS be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages. Sapphire Alloys has the right to change or cancel said warranty at any time without notice.
